New England Law Boston was always known as “the little law school that could”. And they were tired of it.
They had a unique history, illustrious alumni, a forward-thinking curriculum, a strong academic record…and a 100th anniversary approaching.
A year-long marketing plan was created that culminated in a Centennial Celebration at the TD Bank Garden, designed to honor their past and re-energize their future. A theme was developed, videos were produced, stories were told, sets were designed, bands and choirs were rehearsed, speeches were written, banners were produced, Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor was featured, fireworks were ignited…and for over two hours, 2,500 attendees were transfixed, and the school was transformed.
We’re very invested in real estate. Kimco Realty Corporation is a retail real estate trust, and they partnered with MK3 to produce their crucial Investor Day 2010 event. Rather than design an elaborate stage set, we provided a visually dominant 30’ screen, and produced 6 different wide screen HD videos that told the story of Kimco in a way that no keynote speaker or roundtable session could.
Endeca was looking to revitalize their Discover ’09 User Conference in a down economy. For audience acquisition, a grassroots client campaign effort was created, including a tool kit that helped cold callers overcome attendance objections. Event content was developed, including event and speaker brainstorming and outlines, speaker coaching, video creation and production. The event was staged in a unique “theater in the round” style, surrounding the speakers with their audience and creating an engaging and dynamic energy that helped to carry the general session.
Staples held a national search in order to find the next great product that makes school or work life easier. After a seven month national competition, the promotion culminated at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City. Event content and strategy was created, staging, set design, and live environments were created, along with logo design and an opening video.
This global bio-tech corporation was breaking ground on a new state-of-the-art, sustainable research facility in Framingham, Massachusetts. To properly tell the story, Genzyme needed a VIP/media event that conveyed the right sense of “cerebral celebration”.
A set was designed and staged to be elegant and efficient, so as not to overwhelm the speakers. Directing the live event included producing an opening video, and coordinating music, Power Point visuals and the guest speakers.
Pega World 2010 was an opportunity for Pegasystems to make a BIG impression on their customers. And no one thinks big like MK3 Creative. We contributed to the audience acquisition efforts and helped garner BIG results - a 48% attendance increase over the previous year. And rather than proposing a traditional stage set, we proposed a BIG 50 foot high definition screen, creating a dynamic visual experience. This living, breathing, animated backdrop turned traditional conference content into larger-than-life imagery and made a BIG impact on the audience.
