For Courtney, it’s all about great storytelling and developing innovative strategies to reach an audience. Courtney is an award-winning video Producer, Director, Writer, and Content Strategist for editorial and brand marketing campaigns.

Courtney began her career as an Associate Producer at FRONTLINE, WGBH-TV, Boston. Since then, she has produced and directed award-winning documentaries for PBS, Discovery Channel, and The History Channel. A digital storyteller with over 20 years of experience, Courtney has managed multi-location documentary and corporate shoots in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America, and produced digital content for a wide range of clients, platforms, and campaigns.

Courtney comes to MK3 from athenahealth, a healthcare IT company in Watertown, MA. Courtney has spent the last decade developing compelling digital stories and video strategy for leading brands.

Courtney is also a passionate surfer and ocean advocate. The daughter of a fisherman, Courtney grew up in Gloucester, MA, where she lives and surfs year-round today. In 2010 Courtney attended the Harvard Kennedy School, where she focused on sustainable development, new media, and civic engagement. After completing her MPA degree, Courtney developed an online community with a global following of over 10,000 fans and members to promote ocean-friendly businesses and marine conservation efforts.
