Greg Almieda is the Special Assistant to the CEO for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, supporting MK3’s DE&I strategy. Greg is also the Founder & CEO of Global View Communications, an inclusion strategy firm based in Pawtucket, RI.
Greg’s career began in television and radio (he’s got a “radio voice,” just ask him!) before shifting focus to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space.
For Greg, aligning business with DE&I strategy and initiatives is the key to getting results. And what results he has had! His Global View Communications client list is a who’s who of Boston-area businesses, including Beth Israel Lahey Health, Akamai, Cambridge Savings Bank, Rockland Trust, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Cambridge Health Alliance, AAA Northeast, Sage Pharmaceuticals, and Ocean Spray, among many others.
Greg currently serves as chair of both the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF) and The Providence Foundation diversity committees. He has also served as a member of several professional and civic organizations, and as a board member of the Diversity and Inclusion Professionals of Rhode Island (DAIP) and The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts.
In his spare time, Greg likes to follow the news and post thought-provoking content on LinkedIn when he’s not at the gym, lifting heavy things up and putting them back down.
