A global bank came to MK3 needing help in creating excitement around the recruitment of millennial candidates for both consumer and business banking positions. Santander created a “Careers” microsite and MK3 populated it with a series of videos that, like millennials, didn’t take themselves too seriously. MK3 produced an introductory “culture” video for the microsite, featuring the head of consumer and business banking, and then used liberal doses of humor to produce 8 different videos highlighting individual job functions.
